PERFECT GRIP AT ALL TIMES
The unlosable metal knobs on our Touring Series stands are always nice and grippy, no matter whether it’s wet, dusty, or if you’re wearing gloves. We designed these knobs to look as elegant as possible, while also being as practical as possible: their larger size gives you excellent amounts of leverage. It’s the same principle with the height adjustment clutch too – the sleek, quasi-triangular design isn’t just extremely ergonomic. It also provides superior grip compared to round clutches.
QUICK BOOM ADJUSTMENT
The tilt and fastening mechanism of the boom is a real Touring Series highlight. You can completely open and close it with three quarters of a turn, which really helps save energy, time and money. What’s more, the boom shaft is
particularly long, which contributes to higher stability.
UNLOSABLE METAL KNOBS
Losing your fixing screws and adjustment knobs is the easiest and quickest way to render your stand useless. So, with the Touring Series we solved this problem by making the knobs ‘unlosable’ – meaning you simply can’t twist them off the stand any more! That said, they’re still designed to be replaceable if necessary, just like all other Gravity parts.
EXTRA THICK TUBING
Thicker tubes means better stability! The Touring Series stands
feature thicker tubing than regular stands in many places, making them even more stable and durable.
REINFORCED FEET
With the Touring Series, we put a nylon tube inside the standard metal tube to ensure that the stands’ legs are not squashed or deformed at the ends during transport. This unique feature contributes hugely to
the longevity of the product.
